In this hands-on class, you will learn how to roast cocoa beans to perfection and use a melanger to grind them into a smooth paste. We will also explore the various ways to refine the chocolate to create unique flavor combinations while maintaining the purity of single-source chocolate. Using equipment that is readily available in most homes, you will learn how to temper and mold the chocolate. At the end of the class, you'll take home your own handmade chocolate bar to enjoy or share with friends and family. In addition, you would also get a Caya chocolate-tasting collection set with four single-origin bars. Whether you're a chocolate lover or someone who wants to learn a new skill, this bean-to-bar chocolate-making class is a fun and engaging way to spend an afternoon.
