Experience Description
In this experience, we will be teaching participants how to taste and appreciate craft chocolate, starting their journey to become chocolate connoisseurs! We will focus on identifying different notes in single origin chocolate and discuss how different steps in the chocolate making process impact the flavor. We will do this by tasting a customized selection of our single origin bars. Every participant will also get a Caya chocolate tasting collection set with four single origin bars.
